Unless stated otherwise in your quote, an Aurelian quote is held for 48 hours. Your confirmation will show the agreed rate, taxes, deposit, balance due date, and any property-specific conditions.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm the stay. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Refunds follow recorded payments on this reservation — Aurelian will not invent a refund.
Availability is not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed. A hold may temporarily remove a property or room from sale, and cancelled bookings may be released back into availability.
Payment is considered received only when it has been successfully processed or otherwise verified by Aurelian. If online payment is not available, we will provide the appropriate payment instructions with your booking.
