Aurelian holds names, contact details, stay dates, and reservation amounts on the reservation ledger so we can host a stay. We do not sell that record.
Sign-in uses session cookies so private desks stay authenticated. The public collection does not require them. See Cookies. Marketing letters respect the unsubscribe preference on the communications ledger. Transactional reservation mail is separate from marketing.
Payment credentials for M-Pesa, Stripe, or Flutterwave are not stored in this application until a provider is actually connected. Aurelian will not invent a payment or an FX conversion.
