A 30% deposit is required to confirm the stay. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Refunds follow recorded payments on this reservation — Aurelian will not invent a refund.
Eligible refunds are based on the payments received and the cancellation terms that apply to your booking. We will confirm the amount and payment method before processing a refund.
